I'm Tabrez Malik. I started Polaris Digital Labs to do one thing well for growing businesses: find them their next clients.

Why a lab

Most of what I know about lead generation and advertising I learned on my own ventures. For Industrade Partners, my export–import business, I researched and checked 339 overseas sellers and Indian buyers for a scrap-metal import programme and 58 overseas buyers for menswear, jaggery and fabric exports, across 26 countries, ran due-diligence checks on about 40 companies and sent 182 personalised outreach emails, with WhatsApp follow-ups. For Bayofbazaar, my Shopify store, I researched 62 products, set up Shopify Markets for India and a 34-country international market (international checkout is still awaiting payment-gateway approval), contacted 43 suppliers for sourcing and ran Instagram-first campaigns with my own budget: since September 2026 they have reached 88,000+ people, been shown 122,000+ times and brought 903 link clicks and 647 store visits.

I call it a lab because that is how I work: test small, measure honestly and keep what works. The numbers are real: Industrade Partners has no deals yet, and I don't publish spend or revenue or dress any of it up. What both ventures show is the method, and that is what I bring to your business.

Why “Polaris”

Polaris, the North Star, sits almost directly above the Earth's northern axis, so it barely moves while the rest of the sky turns. For centuries traders and sailors steered by it. It felt like the right name for a lab that helps businesses of every kind find their way to new clients: a fixed point to steer by.

How I work

• You work with me directly.No account managers or hand-offs. If a job ever needs an outside specialist, you'll know before anything is agreed.
• Your accounts, your data.Campaigns run in your own ad accounts. You pay ad spend directly and keep ownership of accounts, pixels and data.
• Clean outreach.Permission-based, compliant outreach to businesses. I don't buy or scrape personal-data lists.
• Plain language.Reports you can read in five minutes: what was spent, what came in and what changes next.
• No promises I can't keep.I won't guarantee leads, sales or rankings. I'll promise careful work and an honest report.
