Terms of service
The terms that apply when you use this website or work with Polaris Digital Labs.
Last updated: 2 October 2026
A Hindi translation of this page is available. If the two differ, this English version applies.
These terms apply to polarisdigitallabs.com and to services provided by Polaris Digital Labs, a founder-led marketing lab run by Tabrez Malik in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, India. Our refund & cancellation and service delivery policies form part of these terms. A written quote may add project-specific terms; if the two differ, the quote wins.
1. Plans, quotes and scope
- Monthly plans (Starter, Growth and Scale) include the work described on our Pricing page on the day you sign up.
- Custom plans, websites and other project work are priced in a fixed written quote that describes scope, deliverables, reporting and price. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.
- Lead volumes in plans (“up to N researched & checked leads”) describe how many businesses we research, check and contact for you. They are a work commitment, not a number of buyers, replies or sales.
2. Subscriptions
- Plans are billed monthly in advance from your start date and renew each month until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time before your next billing date by WhatsApp or email. Work continues until the end of the month you have paid for.
- The current paid month is not refunded once work on it has started. See our refund & cancellation policy.
- We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change to your plan.
3. Consultations
One-to-one consultation sessions are paid when you book. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations and no-shows are covered by our refund & cancellation policy.
4. Payment
- Clients in India pay in Indian rupees by UPI, from any UPI app to our UPI ID or QR code. We confirm UPI payments manually, usually within a few hours during IST working hours. International clients pay in US dollars, British pounds or euros with PayPal (by card without a PayPal account in most countries), or by bank transfer against an invoice. Card checkout through Razorpay may be added later; until then it is not offered.
- Prices are fixed in each currency and exclude GST/VAT where applicable. Any tax is shown on your invoice.
- Your UPI PIN, card and bank details are entered only in your UPI app, with PayPal or with your bank. We never ask for them, or for OTPs, on WhatsApp, email or phone.
- Payment terms for custom and project work are set out in your written quote.
5. Ad accounts and ad spend
Campaigns run inside your own ad accounts on Meta, Google, LinkedIn or other platforms. You pay ad spend directly to those platforms, separately from our fee, and you keep ownership of your accounts, pixels, audiences and data. Ad spend is never refundable by us. Platforms may approve, reject, limit or change ads and accounts under their own policies, which are outside our control.
6. Lead generation and outreach
- Lead lists are researched from public business sources and checked as described in your plan or quote. Business details can change after research.
- Outreach is permission-based and personalised. We move to WhatsApp only after a contact has replied or opted in, we do not use bought or scraped personal-data lists, and we honour opt-out requests.
- We follow the rules of the platforms we use and the laws that apply to the outreach. We may decline outreach we believe is unlawful, misleading or against platform rules.
- A lead is a business that has shown interest or fits agreed criteria. Whether it becomes a client depends on your offer, price, follow-up and many other factors.
7. Third-party costs
Ad spend, B2B marketplace memberships, domains, hosting, Shopify plans, themes, apps, email and messaging tools, product samples and payment-gateway fees are paid by you directly to those providers. Your accounts stay in your name.
8. No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee leads, enquiries, replies, sales, revenue, return on ad spend, search rankings or any other result. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your product, pricing, offer, budget, competition and decisions by platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Shopify.
9. Your responsibilities
- Provide information, access and approvals on time.
- Make sure the claims in your ads and outreach are true, and that you have the rights to the logos, images, text and data you give us.
- Meet the legal, tax, professional, import-export and product-safety rules that apply to your business, including any limits on how your profession may advertise, and complete platform and payment-gateway approvals.
10. Ownership
Once paid in full, the deliverables made for you (lead lists, creatives, copy, landing pages, website and store set-up) belong to you. Third-party themes, apps, fonts and stock assets remain under their own licences. We only name you as a client or show your project or results with your permission.
11. Confidentiality and access
We keep your business information, data and account access confidential and use them only for the agreed work. You can remove our access at any time.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, or for outages, account restrictions or policy changes on third-party platforms.
13. Ending the work
Either side can end a plan before the next billing date. Custom and project work ends as set out in your written quote. Work completed and paid for is handed over to you.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you sign up or accept a quote applies to your work, and we will tell you about changes that affect an active plan.
