Polaris Digital Labs (“we”, “us”) is a founder-led marketing lab run by Tabrez Malik in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through polarisdigitallabs.com and in our work, and how we use it. You can reach us using the details on our contact page.
What we collect from you
- Details you send us: when you use the enquiry form, we receive your name and email and, if you choose to give them, your company, WhatsApp number, industry, what you need, the plan or session and currency you are interested in, target markets, monthly ad budget range, best time to call and your message.
- Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp or by email, including session bookings and payment-link requests.
- Payment and invoicing details: when you pay us, we receive confirmation of the payment (amount, currency, date, reference) and the name, email, phone number, billing address and tax details needed for your invoice.
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes standard server data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the website. Your currency choice on our pricing pages is remembered only in your own browser.
Payments
Payments in Indian rupees are made by UPI: you pay from your own UPI app and bank over the UPI network run by NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India), and our bank shows us the payment with your name or UPI ID, the amount and the transaction reference. Payments in US dollars, pounds and euros are processed by PayPal on its own secure pages and under its own privacy policy. If and when we switch on card checkout through Razorpay, Razorpay will process those payments in the same way. Your UPI PIN, card and bank details are entered only in your UPI app, with PayPal or with your bank. We do not see or store your full card or bank details, and we will never ask for card numbers, UPI PINs or OTPs on WhatsApp, email or phone. If you pay by bank transfer, your bank and ours process the transfer details.
What we don't do
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or rent personal data. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first.
How we use your data
- To reply to you, arrange a call or session, send a payment link and prepare a quote.
- To deliver the services you ask us for, and to send invoices and receipts.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Lead generation and outreach for clients
When we run lead generation for a client, we research businesses from public business sources such as company websites, trade directories and B2B marketplaces, and may process business contact details such as a person's name, role, work email or business phone number. We use them only to contact that business about our client's relevant offer.
- We do not buy, rent or scrape personal-data lists.
- Outreach is personalised, sent to businesses, and stops when someone asks us to stop.
- We message people on WhatsApp only after they have replied or opted in.
- We follow the rules of the platforms we use, including WhatsApp Business and LinkedIn.
- Lead lists made for a client are shared only with that client and kept only as long as the work needs.
If we contacted you on behalf of a client and you would like us to stop, or to know what we hold about you, contact us and we will act on it promptly.
Access to client accounts and data
If you become a client, we may need access to your ad accounts (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), website, Shopify store, B2B marketplace profiles or customer data. We work inside your own accounts, use only the access and data needed for the agreed work, keep it confidential and never share it. You can remove our access at any time.
Who processes data for us
- Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions.
- UPI apps, banks and NPCI carry UPI payments, and PayPal processes payments in US dollars, pounds and euros, as described above. Razorpay would process card payments only if and when we switch it on.
- Google Fonts: your browser loads fonts from Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
- WhatsApp (Meta), LinkedIn, Google Meet and our email provider carry messages and calls with you, and outreach we send for clients.
These providers may process data outside India under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client and payment records are kept as long as needed for the work and for legal and tax requirements.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other laws that apply to you, such as the UK and EU GDPR. Contact us and we'll respond as soon as we can.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
