Service delivery

How and when our services are delivered: online, worldwide, with onboarding within 2 working days of payment.

Polaris Digital Labs provides digital marketing services: lead generation, outreach, ad campaign management, landing pages, creative and consultations. Nothing physical is shipped. This policy explains how and when our services are delivered. It forms part of our terms of service.

How services are delivered

  • Online, worldwide: all work is done remotely from Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, India, for clients in India and abroad.
  • Calls: consultations, onboarding and review calls take place on Google Meet or WhatsApp, at a time agreed with you and in your time zone where possible.
  • Deliverables: reports, lead lists, creatives, copy and other files are sent by email or through a shared drive folder. Campaigns, pixels and audiences are set up inside your own ad accounts.
  • Language: English or Hindi, as you prefer.

Timelines

  • Payment confirmation: by email and WhatsApp, usually the same working day.
  • Consultation sessions: scheduled at a mutually agreed time, normally within 5 working days of booking. A short written summary of next steps follows within 2 working days of the call.
  • Monthly plans: an onboarding call within 2 working days of payment. Set-up then begins once we have the access and information we need from you; reports follow the rhythm of your plan (monthly, weekly or fortnightly).
  • Custom and project work: timelines are set out in your written quote.

What we need from you

Timelines depend on receiving access to your ad accounts, website or store, approvals for creatives, and answers to our questions. If these arrive late, delivery moves by the same time.

Working days

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Indian public holidays. We will tell you in advance about any planned time off that affects your work.
